Privacy policy

Last updated: 10 Oct 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We collect as little as possible.

Who we are

The controller of your data is [legal name], tax number (NIF) [NIF], registered at [address], trading as mabel. For any question about your data, write to ola.mabel.pt@gmail.com.

What data we collect

We don’t ask for or keep any other data. We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

What we use it for

We use this data only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare and follow up a proposal. The legal basis is your request, that is, steps taken before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need to handle your request and, at most, two years after our last contact, unless it leads to a contract. In that case we keep the data for the duration of the business relationship and for as long as the law requires, for example for tax purposes.

Who we share it with

To run the website we use service providers who process data on our behalf and only on our instructions:

Cookies and statistics

This website doesn’t use cookies, so we don’t ask for your consent to cookies.

To know how many people visit the website and which pages they see, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which works without cookies and doesn’t identify visitors: the data is aggregated and anonymous (for example, number of visits, pages viewed, country and device type).

The website’s fonts are hosted on the website itself, so your browser doesn’t contact outside services such as Google Fonts.

Your rights

At any time you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and ask for a copy to take elsewhere (portability). Just write to ola.mabel.pt@gmail.com; we reply within one month at the latest.

If you believe your data hasn’t been handled properly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll publish the new version here, with the date of the last update at the top.
